We had the opportunity to design and build JEON, a modern Korean restaurant in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Named after the beloved Korean savoury pancake, the space was crafted to reflect the warmth and craft of traditional Korean cuisine through a contemporary lens. Natural textures, soft lighting, and clean architectural lines come together to create an atmosphere that feels both rooted and refined. A custom bar and carefully curated material palette anchor the room, offering guests an intimate yet elevated setting to gather over shared plates. The design celebrates the quiet elegance of Korean dining — a welcoming space where tradition meets the rhythm of the city.
